Vegan Pancakes with Seeds

Makes: about six pancakes

Ingredients:

2,5-deciliter wheat flour

2-deciliter graham flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 tablespoon flaxseeds

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 big or 2 small bananas

3 tablespoons canola oil or olive oil

4-deciliter soymilk or almond milk

 

Directions:

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Then mash the banana and pour it in the mixture together with the oil and the milk. Mix until smooth. Heat a little bit of vegetable butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Then add a few tablespoons of the batter to the pan and cook until golden on both sides.
